PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For Retail Sales
Undamaged, unused products can be returned in their original carton and packaging for a full refund of the product purchase price, minus shipping, within 30 days of the date of shipping. Items must be returned post-paid. We highly recommend the purchase of insurance for all packages shipped with glassware products.
Undamaged, unused products can be returned for exchange at the retail purchase price (minus any shipping charges) within 14 days of receipt. Date of receipt is determined by the delivery date provided by the shipper. A customer is responsible for the shipping cost on exchanged merchandise, both for the returned product and for the exchanged merchandise.
Damaged products (unless the damage occurred during the shipping process) are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
